The Ingram Difference – Personal Injury Attorney
You are More than a Case Number
Ingram Injury Law is a family-run Personal Injury Law Firm that treats your individual case with the personal attention that it deserves. We understand that each accident is different so we do not treat all cases the same.
At Ingram Injury Law you will be treated as a client, not just a case number. That is the beauty of a small, boutique family-run law firm.
Right from the start of your legal journey, you will speak directly with Attorney Tim Ingram Sr. and Attorney Tim Ingram Jr. Both attorneys will handle your case from start to finish and our whole staff will be educated on your case, injuries and treatment. That way you can call our office at any time to speak with one of our excellent team members regarding the status of your case.
It is important that you find the absolute best legal representation to handle your case. Read what former clients have to say about their experience with Ingram Injury Law!

“
“Tim Ingram is the is the epitome of a great and respected lawyer; he is the difference maker representing the “Average Joe” against big corporations. Tim is the “slingshot” that David used to take down Goliath. Tim is not afraid to take a case to trial and go up against billion dollar corporations, who wield unlimited budgets to defend cases. Tim will not settle a case until you are happy with the result. Tim has tried many personal injury cases in the Tampa Bay Area and his track record/verdicts speak for themselves. Tim also has a policy that he will not collect more than his clients net settlement. Tim does not advertise, his business is built on his reputation from referrals from past clients that have retained his services throughout his 30+ years as a civil trial lawyer. Tim also treats all clients the same regardless if a case is a $10,000 case or a million dollar case. The world needs more lawyers like Tim.“

I’ve used them for 2 different auto accidents now and both times I felt like they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable using their law firm. Throughout each case I felt like they were really looking out for me and making sure I got taken care of. I felt like more than just a number to them.” – Max C. (Clearwater)

Board Certified in Civil Trial Law
A Distinction Held by less than 2% of Florida Licensed Attorneys
In Florida, a Board Certified attorney is an attorney who has demonstrated special competence, extensive knowledge and experience in a particular field and whose competence has been certified by The Florida Bar. In order to be a Board Certified civil trial lawyer, an attorney must practice law on a full-time basis for at least five years, is required to have conducted at least 15 contested civil cases in courts of general jurisdiction during the lawyer’s practice, including cases before a jury and as lead counsel. Each certified lawyer must also have passed peer review; must have completed 50 hours of continuing legal education; and must have passed a written examination. Tim Ingram accomplished this in 1997 and has been re-certified 3 times (every 5 years) since.
